4. What is your M&A advisory fee structure?

To ensure quality and maintain mutual commitment, we do not accept mandates on a purely success-fee basis. M&A transactions are complex and often require long-term engagement, so we adopt a structure that guarantees appropriate resource allocation. Our fee model always combines a monthly retainer with a success fee.

  • Monthly Retainer: Secures the resources necessary for ongoing support and execution throughout the process.
  • Success Fee: Payable upon completion of the transaction, calculated based on deal size and terms.
