Hard Skills Requirements
- A strong academic background with a university degree in any discipline
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
- Fluency in English is a must, and Conversational-level Japanese is also required.
- Fluency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
