Hard Skills Requirements
For Full‑Time Positions (Senior Banker / Entry‑Level):
- Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university (field of study not specified)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance (preferred)
- Fluency in English for professional business execution (required); business‑level communication skills in Japanese (required); additional Asian languages are a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
For Internship Positions (Students):
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (a bachelor’s degree is not required)
- Strong reading and writing skills in English; basic conversational ability in Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, and cross‑border business

Engagement Terms
Engagement terms (including full-time employment, independent contractor agreements, on-site or remote work, and full-time or part-time arrangements) will be considered flexibly depending on the role, experience, and desired level of involvement.
(Internship positions may be paid or unpaid, depending on the nature of the role, level of responsibility, working hours, and duration. Compensation terms will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis.)
