1. Coverage Track
- Responsibilities:
- Originate new clients and build strategic relationships with existing clients.
- Provide strategic proposals / recommendations based on client business issues, market, and competitive analysis
- Conduct proposal activities and contract negotiations using advanced presentation skills.
- Desired Profile:
- Professionals with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Professionals with advanced presentation and proposal skills.
- Professionals who can commit to quantitative results.
2. Product Track
- Responsibilities:
- Execute advisory projects such as M&A, business restructuring, and fundraising.
- Perform specialized tasks such as financial analysis, corporate valuation, and due diligence.
- Create and present reports based on advanced analysis.
- Desired Profile:
- Professionals with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionals with a strong sense of responsibility and project execution capabilities.
- Professionals with specialized knowledge and analytical skills in finance and accounting.
3. Hybrid Track
- Responsibilities:
- Engage in integrated tasks spanning both the Coverage and Product tracks.
- Flexibly design career paths based on individual expertise and aspirations.
- Desired Profile:
- Professionals aiming to become integrated advisor capable of handling both Coverage and Product roles.
- Professionals seeking to comprehensively assess their own aptitudes.
Additional Notes
- Upon joining, employees will acquire the necessary expertise and skills for each track through specialized training and on-the-job training.
- Career paths can be flexibly adjusted through regular evaluations and career counseling.

- Every Candidates should have
- Ability to proactively identify problems and design solutions, and a mindset committed to results;
- A strong academic background with a university degree in any discipline;
- A high energy level and ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision;
- Interpersonal and communication skills in English;
- Preferably, at least 1-2 years of related work experience in corporate finance.
